ZayZoon 2025 Sweepstakes (the “Season of Giving”)

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN A PRIZE. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED BY LAW. 

EACH POTENTIAL WINNER MAY BE REQUIRED (AS DETERMINED BY ZAYZOON IN ITS SOLE DISCRETION) TO PARTICIPATE IN THE PRIZE FULFILLMENT PROCESS AND SIGN DOCUMENTATION, SUCH AS A RELEASE, AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW, AS A CONDITION OF BEING AWARDED THE PRIZE.

BY PARTICIPATING, YOU AGREE ON YOUR BEHALF AND ON BEHALF OF YOUR COMPANY TO THESE OFFICIAL RULES, WHICH ARE A CONTRACT. WITHOUT LIMITATION, THIS CONTRACT INCLUDES INDEMNITIES TO THE SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) FROM YOU AND A LIMITATION OF YOUR RIGHTS AND REMEDIES. AS MORE FULLY DETAILED BELOW, YOU AGREE THAT ALL DISPUTES ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES WILL BE DECIDED BY BINDING ARBITRATION (SEE RULE #10).

 

1. Sponsor This Sweepstakes is sponsored by ZayZoon US Operating Inc. (“Sponsor”), located at #300, 4250 N. Drinkwater Blvd., Scottsdale, AZ 85251

 

2. Eligibility The Sweepstakes is open only to active U.S.-based ZayZoon clients that are legal business entities (“Clients”). Entry must be submitted by an authorized representative of the Client. By entering, the representative warrants they are authorized to bind the Client to these terms, including granting publicity rights for the Client’s name and logo.

Employees of ZayZoon and their immediate families are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

 

3. Entry Period The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM MST on October 15, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM MST on December 3, 2025 (the “Entry Period”).

 

4. How to Enter Clients may enter the Sweepstakes by using any of the following ZayZoon platform features during the Entry Period:

• Rewards & Recognition (e.g., sending a shoutout to an employee)
• Announcements (e.g., sending an update to a team or company)
• Polls (e.g., surveying employees)

Each eligible use of a feature grants one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries a Client may earn. All entries must be submitted within the Entry Period.

 

5. Prizes and Winner Selection There will be ten (10) prize draws. Each draw will award one (1) Client with $250 in ZayZoon Rewards & Recognition credits. Total value of all prizes is $2,500 USD.

Limit one (1) prize per Client entity for the duration of the Sweepstakes.

Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received prior to each draw. The drawings will occur progressively throughout the Entry Period and all winners will be announced on or about December 4, 2025. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.

 

6. Prize Delivery Each prize will be delivered as a credit to the winning Client’s ZayZoon Rewards & Recognition account within three (3) business days of winner confirmation.

Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.

 

7. Publicity Rights By entering, each Client agrees that ZayZoon may use its business name and logo in promotional materials and winner announcements without additional compensation or approval.

 

8. Taxes Each Client is solely responsible for any taxes associated with the receipt or use of the prize. ZayZoon may issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC to any Client that receives $600 or more in cumulative promotional value from ZayZoon in a calendar year.

 

9. General Conditions ZayZoon reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes at any time. ZayZoon’s decisions are final. Multiple entries through fraudulent means will be disqualified.

 

10. Governing Law This Sweepstakes and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. All disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Alberta.

 

11. Privacy Information collected will be used solely to administer the Sweepstakes and is subject to ZayZoon’s Privacy Policy: www.zayzoon.com/usaprivacy
