Communications Channel: ZayZoon Updates

1. Program description: By opting into SMS communications and/or email, you agree to receive messages (including automated and recurring messages) from ZayZoon, including information, updates, and promotional messages related to our products and services. These terms outline your rights and responsibilities when subscribing to our SMS and email communication services.
2. Express Consent: By providing your mobile number and/or email address and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, you consent to receive communications from ZayZoon through the contact methods provided. This includes:

   • Messages sent via an automated system.

   • Marketing, promotional, transactional, and informational messages.

   • Acknowledgement that consent is not a condition of purchase.

3. Message Frequency: Message frequency may vary. The number of messages you receive will depend on your interaction with ZayZoon and the specific program(s) you have opted into.
4. Opt out:

   • SMS: You can opt out of SMS communications at any time by texting "STOP" to any message received from ZayZoon. After texting "STOP," you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages. To opt back in, text "START."

   • Email: You can opt out of email communications at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in any email received from ZayZoon. After unsubscribing, you will no longer receive promotional emails but may still receive essential transactional messages.

5. Help: If you are experiencing any issues, you can reply with the keyword “HELP” by SMS. Or, you can get help directly from us by emailing support@zayzoon.com or via the chat widget at https://www.zayzoon.com or in the ZayZoon app.
6. Interruption: Carriers and email service providers are not liable for delayed, filtered, or undelivered messages.
7. Costs:

   • SMS: Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. ZayZoon is not responsible for any charges billed by your carrier. Check your mobile plan for details on applicable charges.

   • Email: There are no costs associated with receiving ZayZoon emails, but standard data charges may apply if accessing emails via a mobile network.

8. Privacy: Your contact information and any associated personal information will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. ZayZoon does not sell or share your mobile number or email address with third parties for their marketing purposes without your consent.  These Terms are hereby incorporated into, and form part of, the Privacy Policy. 
9. Eligibility: By opting in to SMS and/or email communications, you confirm that you:

   • Are the authorized user of the mobile number and/or email address provided.

   • Are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian if under the age of majority.

10. Changes to Terms: ZayZoon reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by sending a message to your registered mobile number or email address, or by updating this page. Your continued enrollment in SMS and/or email communications after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Disclaimer of Liability: ZayZoon is not responsible for:

    • Delays in receiving or undelivered messages.

    • Technical issues beyond our control, including issues with your mobile carrier

By opting into SMS and/or email communications, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
