"The challenges 2020 presented for our business, each other, our families, along with our mental and emotional health can't be overstated. We learned that there is no one size fits all solution, as we're all impacted by this challenging environment in different ways. Being there to support each other, along with our partners and customers, became a welcome distraction at times from our own personal struggles.
I've been humbled by the resilience that our team has shown through this black swan event. This environment stress-tested businesses across all aspects. If there was a flaw in your business model, your unit economics, or even your internal HR strategy, it will be exposed, potentially causing your business irreparable harm.
I'm proud to share that in 2020, our team came together in a massive way. Coming out of 2020, we have a more cohesive team, not to mention we've doubled in size. Our product and the emphasis we put on customer experience will continue to serve us well throughout the rest of the pandemic and beyond.
