Welcome to ZayZoon’s Money Mindsets, an educational program designed to help you better understand your financial personality profile through a short quiz. By accessing or using Money Mindsets ("Money Mindsets" or the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms
   By accessing or using Money Mindsets, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Use, our Privacy Policy, and any other terms and conditions that may apply. The results of the quiz and any related content are for informational and educational purposes only.    To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZayZoon, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service, including but not limited to:

   All content, features, and functionality of the Service, including but not limited to text, graphics, quizzes, software, and trademarks, are the exclusive property of ZayZoon or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. 7. Privacy and Data Use
   We collect and process information in accordance with our Privacy Policy (https://www.zayzoon.com/usaprivacy). By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy. You further consent to receive marketing emails from us. Note that we may anonymize and aggregate quiz results for research and product improvement purposes.
