2. Agreement to the Official Rules
By entering, each Entrant agrees to these Official Rules and to the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this promotion. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules are void.
3. Definitions
"Entrant" means the business entity that is a current ZayZoon client and that meets the eligibility criteria in Section 4. The Entrant is the entity itself, not any individual.
"Authorized Representative" means a natural person who is an employee, officer or director of the Entrant and who is authorized by the Entrant to act on its behalf for the purposes of this promotion, including making a Qualifying Post, answering the skill-testing question, and signing the Winner Affirmation.
"Shoutout" means a recognition message sent by an Entrant to one of its employees through the ZayZoon Shoutout solution. Sending a Shoutout is free and requires no purchase or payment.
"Entry Period" means the period defined in Section 5.
"Qualifying Post" has the meaning given in Section 6.2.
4. Eligibility
4.1 This promotion is open only to business entities that, as at the end of the Entry Period, (a) are current ZayZoon clients in good standing, (b) have an active ZayZoon Shoutout account, and (c) are located in one of the fifty United States or the District of Columbia, or in a province or territory of Canada other than Quebec.
4.2 Quebec residents are not eligible. The promotion is void in Quebec and wherever else prohibited or restricted by law.
4.3 The following are not eligible: ZayZoon, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, their respective officers, directors, employees, payroll partners, contractors and agents, the immediate family members and household members of any of the foregoing, and any entity involved in the development or administration of this promotion.
4.4 An entity is not eligible if accepting the prize would violate any applicable law, regulation, or the entity's own internal policies on gifts, gratuities, incentives, or vendor relationships. It is the Entrant's responsibility to determine whether it is permitted to participate and to accept a prize. This restriction applies to, without limitation, government bodies, public sector employers, public educational institutions, and entities subject to healthcare anti-kickback, procurement, or federal contracting rules.
4.5 Being a current ZayZoon client is a condition of eligibility. No additional purchase, payment, subscription upgrade, or spend of any kind is required to enter or to win, and none will increase an Entrant's chances of winning.
5. Entry Period
The Entry Period begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Mountain Time on October 7, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. Mountain Time on October 31, 2026. The Sponsor's systems are the official timekeeping devices for this promotion. All eligible Entrants have the same Entry Period regardless of whether they attended the ZayZoon Showcase: Employer Edition webinar.
6. How to enter
6.1 Standard entries (automatic).
An Entrant receives one (1) entry for each calendar day during the Entry Period on which it sends at least one Shoutout through the ZayZoon Shoutout solution. The maximum is one (1) entry per Entrant per calendar day, regardless of how many Shoutouts are sent that day. Standard entries are tracked automatically by the Sponsor. No registration or separate action is required. The maximum number of standard entries is twenty-five (25).
6.2 Bonus entries (social media).
An Entrant may receive one (1) additional entry for a Qualifying Post on LinkedIn for a maximum of one (1) bonus entry.
A Qualifying Post on LinkedIn is a post that meets all of the following requirements:
(a) it is published during the Entry Period,
(b) it is set to public visibility and remains publicly visible through the drawing date,
(c) it tags the ZayZoon LinkedIn company page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/zayzoon/,
(d) the account that publishes it follows the ZayZoon LinkedIn company page at https://www.linkedin.com/company/zayzoon/ at the time of publication and through the drawing date,
(e) it refers to the ZayZoon Showcase: Employer Edition, and
(f) it includes the hashtag #contest in the visible body of the post, positioned so that it is visible without expanding the post and not placed only in a comment.
A Qualifying Post may be published from the Entrant's LinkedIn company page or by an Authorized Representative from that individual's personal LinkedIn profile on the Entrant's behalf. In either case, the Entrant is the Entrant of record.
The maximum is one (1) bonus entry per Entrant for the entire Entry Period, regardless of the number of posts published or the number of accounts used.
6.3 Detection.
An entry counts only if the Sponsor receives and identifies it. Posts that are not publicly visible, that omit any required element, or that the Sponsor does not detect for any reason are void. The Sponsor's determination of the number of entries attributed to any Entrant is final and binding.
6.4 Prohibited conduct.
The use of any automated, scripted, or artificial means to generate Shoutouts or entries is prohibited. Shoutouts sent for the purpose of generating entries rather than genuine employee recognition may be disregarded. The Sponsor may disqualify any Entrant it reasonably believes has tampered with the entry process or acted in bad faith.
7. Required disclosure on social posts
Because a Qualifying Post earns an entry into this promotion, applicable advertising law requires that the connection between the poster and ZayZoon be disclosed clearly and conspicuously. Including #contest in the visible body of the post as required by Section 6.2(f) satisfies this requirement. A post that does not include a clear and conspicuous disclosure will not be counted as a Qualifying Post.
8. Prizes
8.1 First prize: a credit of five hundred United States dollars (US$500) applied to the winning Entrant's ZayZoon Shoutout account. Approximate retail value: US$500.
8.2 Second prize: a credit of two hundred United States dollars (US$200) applied to the winning Entrant's ZayZoon Shoutout account. Approximate retail value: US$200.
8.3 Two (2) prizes will be awarded. Prizes are credited in the currency of the country in which the winning Entrant is located, at equivalent dollar value, in accordance with the ZayZoon Rewards and Recognition terms. Amounts stated above are in United States dollars. For an Entrant located in Canada, the first prize is a credit of five hundred Canadian dollars (CAD$500) and the second prize is a credit of two hundred Canadian dollars (CAD$200). The total approximate retail value of all prizes is US$700 for Entrants located in the United States and CAD$700 for Entrants located in Canada.
8.4 Prize credits may be used only within the ZayZoon Shoutout solution to fund recognition for the winning Entrant's own employees. Credits are not transferable, have no cash value, are not redeemable or exchangeable for cash, and are not refundable. Expiry of credits, and all other terms governing their use, are governed by the ZayZoon Rewards and Recognition terms accepted by the winning Entrant, which apply to prize credits in the same way as to any other credits in the account.
8.5 No substitution or transfer of a prize is permitted. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the stated prize becomes unavailable.
8.6 A maximum of one (1) prize will be awarded per Entrant.
9. Odds of winning
The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.
10. Drawing
On or about November 6, 2026, the Sponsor or its designee will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Entry Period using a random selection tool. The first prize winner will be drawn first and that Entrant's remaining entries will be removed from the pool before the second prize winner is drawn. All decisions of the Sponsor regarding the drawing are final and binding.
11. Winner notification and verification
11.1 The Sponsor will notify each potential winner within two (2) business days of the drawing by email sent from kurtis.allen@zayzoon.com to the administrative contact on the Entrant's ZayZoon account. It is the Entrant's responsibility to ensure that address is able to receive the notification.
11.2 Within five (5) business days of the date of the notification, each potential winner must return a completed and signed Winner Affirmation, Release and Publicity Consent in the form provided by the Sponsor, executed by an Authorized Representative.
11.3 Canadian residency requirement. A potential winner located in Canada must, in addition, have an Authorized Representative correctly answer, unaided and within the time stated by the Sponsor, a mathematical skill-testing question requiring the completion of more than one arithmetic operation, administered by the Sponsor at the time of notification. No prize will be awarded to a Canadian Entrant whose Authorized Representative does not correctly answer the skill-testing question.
11.4 A potential winner is not a winner until all verification requirements are satisfied. If a potential winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the time allowed, fails the skill-testing question, is found to be ineligible, is no longer a ZayZoon client in good standing at the time of verification, or declines the prize, the prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be drawn. The Sponsor will conduct no more than two (2) alternate drawings per prize, after which the prize may go unawarded.
12. Prize fulfillment
The Sponsor will apply the prize credit to the winning Entrant's ZayZoon Shoutout account within five (5) business days after verification is complete.
13. Publicity
Except where prohibited by law, by accepting a prize the winning Entrant consents to the Sponsor's use of its entity name, city and state or province, and logo and trademarks, in connection with announcing and promoting this promotion, in any and all media now known or later developed, worldwide, without further notice, review, approval or compensation. The scope of this consent is set out in the Winner Affirmation, Release and Publicity Consent.
14. Content licence
By publishing a Qualifying Post, the Entrant and the Authorized Representative who published it each grant the Sponsor a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable and transferable licence to reproduce, distribute, display, publish, share and otherwise use the Qualifying Post and its contents, in whole or in part, in the Sponsor's marketing and communications, in any medium. Each of them represents that they own or control all rights necessary to grant this licence and that the Qualifying Post does not infringe the rights of any third party.
15. Privacy
Personal information collected in connection with this promotion, including the name, job title, business contact details and LinkedIn profile information of Authorized Representatives, will be handled in accordance with the applicable ZayZoon privacy policy. 16. Taxes
Each winning Entrant is solely responsible for all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, filings and reporting obligations arising from its receipt or use of a prize. Each winning Entrant is also solely responsible for determining and satisfying any tax, withholding, payroll and reporting obligations arising from amounts it distributes to its own employees using a prize credit. The Sponsor does not provide tax advice.
17. General conditions, release and limitation of liability
17.1 By entering, each Entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor, its parent, subsidiaries and affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees and agents, from any and all claims, damages, losses and liability of any kind arising out of participation in this promotion or the acceptance, receipt or use of any prize.
17.2 The Sponsor is not responsible for entries or notifications that are lost, late, misdirected, incomplete, corrupted, undeliverable, or not received or detected for any reason, or for any technical malfunction, human error or other failure affecting the administration of this promotion.

18. Modification, suspension and cancellation
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to modify, suspend, extend or cancel this promotion in whole or in part if it becomes technically compromised, is affected by fraud or tampering, or cannot be conducted as planned for any reason. If the promotion is cancelled, the Sponsor may award the prizes by random drawing from among the eligible entries received before the date of cancellation.
19. No association with LinkedIn
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with LinkedIn. By entering, each Entrant and Authorized Representative releases LinkedIn from any and all liability in connection with this promotion. Any questions, comments or complaints about this promotion must be directed to the Sponsor and not to LinkedIn.
