Integration Details

ZayZoon Wages On-Demand is fully integrated with ADP Workforce Now and RUN Powered by ADP which allows employees to access part of their earned pay on-demand. This is a real-time, automated integration with ADP Workforce Now and RUN powered by ADP that facilitates employee sign-up, exchange of payroll data and hours worked information. Simply add the app via ADP Marketplace, and book a session with our team to validate set-up and get this benefit to your employees!

Access for ALL employees

ZayZoon does not limit access to hourly employees and does not require employees to be using ADP Workforce Now for timesheets. As long as employees are in ADP Workforce Now or RUN Powered by ADP and have payroll data, they can sign-up for and access ZayZoon.

ZayZoon Funds All Early Wage Requests

No requirement to pre-fund payroll. ZayZoon funds early requests and recovers those funds on the next paycheck run through an automated integration with ADP Workforce Now and RUN Powered by ADP.

    We launched a Visa® Prepaid Card and Digital Wallet for employees. Everything we do at ZayZoon is centered around bringing financial empowerment and flexibility to all employees, as a standard benefit.    This is probably quite obvious. After all, the product that we pioneered, Earned Wage Access, unlocks trillions in wages that employees would otherwise need to wait 2 weeks to receive.  Sometimes (many times), people just can’t wait 2 weeks. In fact, we polled more than 10,000 responses from ZayZoon customers and found that people need financial tools more now than ever.  More than 80% of Wages Accessed through ZayZoon are used for short-term, necessary expenses. Less than 3% reported using their early wage access for discretionary purposes.

My personal passion for DEI in the workplace has grown over time, primarily because of these 3 reasons: 1) every company I’ve ever worked for has had difficulty attracting and retaining diverse talent, 2) involvement in workplace DEI organizations has fundamentally changed the way I view the world and 3) many companies see the world or their consumers through a monochromatic lens & businesses can actually be a leading force in societal change.  Unconscious biases are at play in the workplace (& everywhere).
